At Whimpy Works Co, every Whimsy piece is handcrafted with care and made especially for you. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All products sold on our website are made-to-order or handcrafted. As a result, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations after delivery.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

We will review the request and, where applicable, offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A partial or full refund, at our discretion

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

3. Conditions for Resolution

To be eligible for a replacement or refund in case of damage:

  • The issue must be due to transit or a manufacturing defect

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are inherent to handmade products and are not considered defects.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
